What you will do

• Set up laptops, user accounts, phones, peripherals, and standard workplace equipment.
• Provide direct, hands-on IT support in the office, production areas, and test areas.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, meeting rooms, networks, and shop floor devices.
• Prepare, distribute, collect, and maintain IT equipment.
• Document fixes, recurring issues, and hardware inventory.
• Help improve basic IT support processes and reduce repetitive manual work.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on IT experience and a practical approach to troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware setup, networks, and common workplace IT issues.
• Comfort working across office, production, and test areas.
• Structured, reliable, service-minded, and pragmatic working style.
• Fluent English required; German is an advantage.
