What you will do
- Align financial actions with business group strategy and support the sales and operational area strategy.
- Manage financial accounting, reporting, treasury, and controlling in collaboration with the Center of Scale.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Travel & Entertainment, and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Manage monthly closing and business reviews of the P&L and balance sheet with senior finance stakeholders.
- Manage local tax, statutory, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Define controls for business integrity and coordinate internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Academic degree and relevant work experience.
- Understanding of the business group's markets, trends, and financial implications.
- Experience with accounting, reporting, treasury, controlling, and financial operations.
- Ability to manage interfaces and support organizational change.
