Microsoft 365 Architect Manager

Location: New York City, United States. Hybrid work combining local hirify.global offices, client sites, and remote work; travel may be required based on project and client needs. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $133,000–$213,000 annually, plus a 12% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $148,960–$238,560.

What you will do

• Deliver Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and Modern Work solutions for clients.
• Partner with client personnel to solve complex business problems and provide architecture advice.
• Lead project work plans from solution envisioning through implementation, testing, documentation, and rollout.
• Manage, mentor, coach, and evaluate Consultants and Senior Consultants.
• Build client relationships, present to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and support proposals and business development.
• Establish architecture standards and apply information architecture, taxonomy, and knowledge management practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience focused on Microsoft 365 Security and Modern Work architecture and implementation.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview tools, including Information Protection, DLP, Records Retention, and eDiscovery.
• Experience delivering business solutions for Microsoft 365 and working with global or large tenants.
• Experience with technologies such as Entra, PowerShell, PnP, Azure, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Migration Manager, and third-party migration tools.
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including mentoring, coaching, performance reviews, work oversight, and team coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline preferred; relevant professional certification strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCC and GCCH environments.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification, CPA, or similar professional certification.
• Experience with Visio and Access in addition to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
