Associate Overhaul Technician (Turbine Disassembly)

Location: Desoto, Texas, United States; onsite five days a week

What you will do

• Operate shop, material-handling, bench, hand, test, control, machine, and inspection equipment in an overhaul environment.
• Support turbine disassembly for Solar products, including routing and moving engines, hardware, sub-assemblies, and other materials.
• Perform assembly, disassembly, repair, and rework operations while maintaining accurate Quality Management System records.
• Identify safety improvements, maintain a clean 5S workspace, and follow material-handling and storage procedures.
• Collaborate with technicians and cross-functional teams, participate in team meetings, and support production and continuous improvement projects.
• Work requested hours, including overtime and weekends, and adapt to changing shifts and assignments.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to operate shop equipment, bench and hand tools, and inspection equipment such as micrometers.
• Basic computer skills and effective communication in a cross-functional environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends and to change shifts or job assignments as production needs require.
• Must work onsite five days per week in Desoto, Texas.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
