What you will do
- Validate invoicing opportunities against customer contracts and signed documentation.
- Raise accurate invoices, verify VAT rates, and support credit note processing.
- Handle customer billing queries and invoice disputes.
- Process asset decommissioning requests in Salesforce and assess fulfilment documentation.
- Generate, analyse, and interpret reports and queries.
- Support month-end activities and wider sales administration.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in billing or a finance-related role, preferably in an international environment.
- Experience in a shared services finance environment is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong understanding of VAT and local sales tax requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and build effective internal and external relationships.

- Experience with Intacct.
- Experience with Salesforce.
