TL;DR
Operations Manager (Automotive): Managing day-to-day operations for a digital wholesale marketplace for used vehicles with an accent on performance reporting, team development, stakeholder management, and process improvement. Focus on analyzing operational data, improving KPI and SLA compliance, developing Team Leaders, and resolving escalated operational issues.
Location: Taguig, Bonifacio Global City, Philippines; onsite role with shifting schedules starting at 8:00 PM or 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

What you will do
- Manage daily operations and resolve issues affecting performance and continuity.
- Monitor, analyze, and report operational data, trends, performance gaps, and process issues.
- Drive retention initiatives, process improvements, training completion, and SOP updates.
- Lead and develop supported teams and Team Leaders through mentoring, performance management, and coaching.
- Manage escalations and conduct performance reviews with internal, external, and onshore stakeholders.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve KPI and SLA compliance and support operations strategy deployment.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Operations Management or 6+ years of Lead experience in Operations.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, business acumen, planning, organization, and execution skills.
- Strong people management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong spoken English is required.
- Ability to work with targets, meet deadlines, and support a fast-paced, changing environment.
- College graduate.
