Field Associate Lead (FSR)

Location: Makati, Philippines; field coverage across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Field Associate team across the Philippines.
• Plan and manage field activities, customer visits, and audit schedules.
• Deliver training on food safety, HACCP, GMP, products, and audit standards.
• Conduct customer training sessions and product demonstrations.
• Provide technical support and audit follow-up for selected Global Strategic Accounts and Key Accounts.
• Monitor audit findings, corrective actions, customer action plans, targets, and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing field-based or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, and audit processes.
• Excellent customer engagement, presentation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM and reporting dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a geographically dispersed team.
