Product Operations Analyst (Crypto)

Location: Singapore; hybrid collaboration with managers and teams deciding which 10+ days per month employees come into the office.

What you will do

• Support timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds with Finance, Operations, external customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Reconcile positions and balances, including company-issued stablecoin activity.
• Monitor intraday trading and settlement activity with the Trading and Markets team.
• Process exceptions, trade support activities, funding, settlement, and transaction records.
• Document finance operational flows and support system configurations and settlement instructions.
• Identify manual processes for automation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in operations, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Experience monitoring venues and systems in real time to resolve exceptions, breaks, and blocking issues.
• Understanding of accounting principles, including debits, credits, and balance-sheet reconciliation, is preferred.
• Knowledge of markets and instruments such as cleared products, OTC, crypto, and derivatives.
• Ability to work weekend and holiday shifts within a regional follow-the-sun operating model.
• Experience implementing off-the-shelf or in-house solutions; SQL experience is a plus.

• Experience crafting SQL queries for daily operations.
