Marketing Services Associate (Healthcare Campaigns)

What you will do

• Build, test, and deploy healthcare campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Support email, landing page, website, banner, LinkedIn, and direct mail campaigns.
• Manage audience segmentation, personalization, testing, reporting, and campaign documentation.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a strong customer experience.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and international delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and delivery processes.

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch and professional English communication skills.
• 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign operations, marketing automation, or client service delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, email marketing, and customer data.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and an analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in an international environment.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
• Experience with websites, CMS platforms, landing pages, banners, or social media campaigns.
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, MedTech, or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Jira, Power BI, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
