Senior Recruiter & HR Business Partner (iGaming)

hirify.global is a product company developing an in-house technological ecosystem and platform for the iGaming sector.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, commercial, and operational roles, from sourcing and screening through offers and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines.
• Support onboarding, performance management, employee development, retention, and day-to-day employee relations.
• Advise employees and managers on HR matters, engagement, organisational development, and performance evaluations.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain HR data, and analyse reports to support people-related decisions.
• Contribute to scalable recruitment practices, HR policies, and a positive candidate and employee experience.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in the iGaming industry.
• 2–3 years of proven full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in iGaming.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Native or near-native Russian and English are mandatory.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employment practices, with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with ATS systems, HRIS platforms, and international or remote teams.
