What you will do

• Lead embedded engineering, systems integration, and electrical engineering globally.
• Scale a world-class cybernetics engineering team.
• Drive embedded and electrical breakthroughs for high-performance 3D printers.
• Build a modular architecture spanning main boards, chipsets, and peripherals across the product ecosystem.
• Accelerate the transition from concepts to working prototypes and production-ready products.

Requirements

• Experience shipping complex electromechanical products in high-performance environments.
• Understanding of the transition from prototypes to production at a scale of 100,000 units in the field.
• Experience building high-performance engineering teams.
• Ability to work deeply across engineering and physics domains.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering products quickly.

Nice to have

• Passion for and experience with 3D printing.
• Entrepreneurial experience scaling a business.
