Field Service Team Lead (Installations)

Location: Manchester Region, United Kingdom; on the road and at customer sites, primarily during night shifts.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate Field Service Technicians during customer-site installations.
• Install, connect, configure, and oversee the installation of camera hardware.
• Conduct site checks, briefings, customer handovers, and installation sign-offs.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolve escalations, and maintain service levels.
• Record work completed, parts used, time spent, and product onboarding details using company tools.
• Train team members, enforce safety procedures, and meet installation speed and quality KPIs.

Requirements

• Previous field technician experience in field service, installation, construction, or a related area, including leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, troubleshooting, and time-management skills.
• Ability to use power tools and installation equipment safely and effectively.
• Physical stamina to work on foot and perform demanding tasks for periods of up to 9 hours.
• Full valid UK driving licence and reliable transportation are required.
• Availability to work nights and weekends and travel to customer sites is required.
