Location: Plovdiv, Bulgaria; hybrid role

What you will do
- Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for core product areas and high-impact initiatives.
- Drive strategic alignment, prioritization, and execution across Engineering, Product, Design, and Business stakeholders.
- Guide technical direction, architecture planning, system design, and technical discovery for critical systems.
- Mentor, coach, and develop engineering managers and senior individual contributors.
- Own hiring strategy and participate in interviewing and selection.
- Champion software quality, infrastructure reliability, performance, and sustainable technical investment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- At least 5 years of experience in a full-stack environment at a large-scale, growth-oriented company, including 4+ years managing software engineering teams.
- Experience leading and scaling multiple engineering teams across concurrent workstreams.
- Deep expertise in at least one object-oriented language such as C# or Java, with hands-on experience in .NET Framework or .NET Core.
- Experience deploying and maintaining high-throughput cloud systems, ideally with GCP or an equivalent platform.
- Experience with distributed systems architecture and message brokers such as Kafka.
