Project Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Own project execution from order release through completion, closure, and lessons learned.
• Plan schedules, monitor milestones, maintain delivery commitments, and report project status.
• Coordinate Customer Service, Workshop Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and other stakeholders.
• Act as the primary customer contact, facilitate project reviews and visits, and support resolution of customer claims.
• Monitor project costs, profitability, estimates for additional work, and cost deviations.
• Lead improvements focused on delivery performance, lead-time reduction, and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, workshop operations, engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial services.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer projects in an industrial environment.
• Experience preparing project schedules, execution plans, and customer documentation.
• Experience supporting Sales and interacting directly with customers.
