What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and engineering integrity of core aeroderivative gas turbine products and components.
• Improve engineering processes, tools, methodologies, change management, product quality, and execution efficiency.
• Govern technical product documentation, manuals, engineering records, and configuration management systems.
• Ensure engineering deliverables and documentation comply with safety requirements, international standards, quality requirements, and customer specifications.
• Lead, mentor, and develop product engineers, technical writers, and documentation specialists while managing budgets and resources.
• Execute engineering strategy through product lifecycle management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in power generation or aerospace.
• Experience managing technical documentation and product lifecycle systems.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional registration is required; PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
