Manager, Customer and Commercial Operations (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Lead the After Hours Support organization across Taiwan, Southeast Asia, China, and Japan, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ensure business continuity, escalation management, and high-quality customer service outside standard business hours.
• Adapt operational plans, manage resources, and improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, ISO, audit, and corporate governance standards.
• Lead performance reviews, succession planning, organizational development, and talent development programs.
• Represent the region in strategic systems and process transformation initiatives and oversee performance across multiple teams.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the relevant job function and business and commercial operations.
• Experience leading teams and adapting priorities to operational and service challenges.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to guide and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Relocation is not eligible for this position.
