What you will do

  • Support the development and execution of corporate and business platform strategies aligned with growth ambitions.
  • Advise senior leaders with data-driven insights, strategic options, recommendations, and decision-making materials.
  • Conduct industry research, market analysis, competitive benchmarking, trend analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Develop financial models, business cases, investment assessments, and capital allocation analyses.
  • Assess M&A, partnership, joint venture, and investment opportunities, including strategic fit and due diligence.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Finance, M&A, Innovation, and Business Platform teams and present findings to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Many years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience in pharma, biotech, CDMO, or the life sciences sector is preferred.
  • Strong experience in financial modeling, market research, competitive analysis, and strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and communicate clear, structured recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Strong project leadership, communication, storytelling, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred but not required.
