About the role
NVIDIA is looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join its Israel HR Software team and partner with senior leaders in a fast-growing global technology environment.

The role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution across organizational effectiveness, leadership development, talent growth, performance management, employee experience and retention.

What you’ll do
— Partner with senior leaders and managers to understand business needs and build organizational capabilities
— Lead HR initiatives supporting growth, hiring, talent development, performance and retention
— Advise managers and employees on people-related topics
— Support organizational effectiveness and leadership development
— Work closely with global HR and corporate teams
— Translate business priorities into effective people strategies

What they’re looking for
— 8+ years of HRBP experience in a global, fast-paced organization
— Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s is an advantage
— Strong business partnering, communication and stakeholder management skills
— Analytical and data-driven approach
— Strong Excel skills
— Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment
— Workday experience is an
advantage
