LeverX is hiring an HR Business Partner to support business units on HR matters.
What you will do
- Support talent acquisition processes in collaboration with HR managers and department heads.
- Organize employee and manager meetings and participate in one-on-one discussions.
- Support performance reviews, onboarding, and feedback collection.
- Participate in interviews and help present vacancies and the company to candidates.
- Maintain HR reporting and employee database records.
Requirements
- At least 1 year and up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with objection handling and willingness to develop this skill.
- Comfort with intensive communication and repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail when working with large volumes of information.
- Upper-intermediate English or higher.
Nice to have
- Public speaking or presentation experience.
- Experience in recruiting, HR administration, HR generalist work, or a related area.
