What you will do

• Present design concepts and share design expertise with partners and teams across the business.
• Research, design, build, and refine user-centric product experiences and interfaces.
• Develop solutions based on user-centred design methods and best practices.
• Collaborate with product development teams to define scope, delivery timeframes, and quality standards.
• Work with product strategists, technical leads, developers, and cross-functional teams to recommend effective solutions.

Requirements

• Senior-level expertise in defining and leading new concepts and solutions for product offerings.
• Strong understanding of user problems, product pain points, business requirements, and end-user needs.
• Ability to design intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use interfaces.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills aligned with customer focus, curiosity, and connection.
• Full-time Australian working rights.
• Successful candidates must complete a National Police Record check.
