Final Signatory (Regulatory Affairs)

Location: Marlow, England; the role covers the UK and Ireland

What you will do

• Review, approve, and certify promotional and non-promotional materials and activities.
• Support brand teams with compliant solutions for product launches, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives.
• Apply the ABPI and IPHA Codes, MHRA Blue Guide, HPRA requirements, and relevant international codes.
• Assess material risks and provide timely, independent decisions during review processes.
• Advise UK, Irish, and overseas stakeholders on applicable promotional and advertising requirements.
• Present code cases and contribute to cross-functional review projects and standard practices.

Requirements

• Pharmacy Master's degree or medical degree with UK GMC or GPhC registration.
• ABPI final signatory status or eligibility to become a nominated signatory.
• Ability and willingness to certify materials under the IPHA Code for Ireland.
• Experience analysing and communicating complex pharmacy, pharmacology, and medical issues across therapeutic areas.
• Successful completion of the in-house hirify.global qualification.
• Experience in reference checking and copy approval.
