Mechanical Project Manager

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, United States; regular site visits required

hirify.global is hiring for mechanical construction project management in the CSUSA-Mid South organization.

What you will do

• Direct and manage multiple mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, manpower forecasts, profitability projections, and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Manage procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, permits, inspections, and project documentation.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, schedule compliance, costs, billings, collections, and margins through regular site visits.
• Lead commissioning, punch list completion, as-built documentation, O&M manuals, warranty administration, final invoicing, and support for business development and preconstruction.

Requirements

• Experience managing mechanical construction projects and multiple project stakeholders.
• Ability to review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, contracts, and subcontracts.
• Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, financial tracking, forecasting, and margin management.
• Ability to identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Availability for regular site visits in Huntsville, Alabama, to monitor project execution.
• Ability to mentor assistant project managers, coordinators, and project engineers.
