Commercial Construction Project Executive (Mission Critical)

What you will do

• Provide executive oversight for semiconductor, cleanroom, advanced manufacturing, and other mission-critical construction projects.
• Lead projects through preconstruction, estimating, procurement, construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, change management, profitability, schedules, logistics, and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate complex MEP systems, process utilities, controls, life-safety systems, specialized production equipment, and validation activities.
• Oversee shutdowns, utility tie-ins, phased construction, clean-build protocols, contamination control, and work in active manufacturing environments.
• Lead project teams, client and partner relationships, contract negotiations, business development, and succession planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably with a general contractor.
• Previous experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, or in a comparable leadership position.
• Demonstrated experience delivering semiconductor facilities, cleanrooms, or advanced manufacturing projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of complex MEP systems, process utilities, commissioning, facility turnover, preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, financial management, contracts, and risk management.
• High school diploma required; a degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, JD Edwards, construction documentation, and project-management systems.
