Sr Enablement Copywriter

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 per year, with possible performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Write clear, persuasive, and compliant copy for emails, websites, internal communications, direct mail, advertisements, social media, and thought leadership.
• Develop campaign messaging and strengthen hirify.global’s brand voice across channels and audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, project management, compliance, creative, sales enablement, and banking teams.
• Write and edit content that differentiates the commercial banking business.
• Improve copy production operations and track workflow status using Wrike or comparable tools.
• Coach, mentor, or train colleagues as a subject matter expert when requested.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of copywriting experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented business environment.
• Experience with financial services copywriting is preferred, along with a strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong copywriting, editing, proofreading, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional marketing, product, compliance, project management, and design partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, analyze market trends and customer insights, and adapt writing style for different channels and audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools; Seismic administrative experience is preferred.
