Watchfloor Analyst - I, II, and III (Intelligence Analysis)

Location: On-site in McLean, Virginia, United States. Full-time work in a SCIF on 12-hour shifts: 6 a.m.–6 p.m. or 6 p.m.–6 a.m., following a 2-3-2 schedule.

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Conduct independent intelligence analysis by integrating information from multiple sources.
• Identify threats, vulnerabilities, patterns, and relevant new intelligence.
• Research designated automated intelligence databases and edit findings into customer-specified formats.
• Prepare intelligence studies, threat assessments, summaries, reports, presentations, and technical support documents.
• Provide analytic and production support tailored to customer requirements.
• Present briefings to designated customer personnel and collaborate with cybersecurity, defense, and security teams.

Requirements

• Top Secret / SCI clearance is required before starting.
• Level I: bachelor's degree in an industry-relevant field; entry-level candidates may apply.
• Level II: bachelor's degree and two years of experience.
• Level III: bachelor's degree and four years of experience; four additional years of experience may substitute for the degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Access and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, written, oral communication, interpersonal, procedural, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Administrative or technical writing, editing, and proofreading experience.
• Experience with Power BI.
