Senior Financial Systems Analyst (Oracle EPM)

What you will do

• Administer and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including EPBCS planning and reporting environments.
• Maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, forms, dashboards, reports, and business rules.
• Execute and troubleshoot monthly, quarterly, and annual planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Load, validate, reconcile, and certify financial and operational data from accounting, treasury, ALM, HR, data warehouse, and other source systems.
• Develop and support Oracle Smart View reports, templates, ad hoc retrievals, and recurring analysis workbooks.
• Partner with FP&A, Finance leadership, IT, Oracle Support, vendors, and business users on system governance, reporting, controls, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience in financial analysis, accounting, finance, general ledger management, public reporting, or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of banking operations, including deposits, loan administration, treasury management, or commercial banking products.
• Intermediate knowledge of regulatory, legal, compliance, and industry requirements.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, including advanced Excel skills with PivotTables, SUMPRODUCT, and INDEX/MATCH.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of FP&A, financial reporting, disclosure concepts, and business communication.
