Salary: Up to $22 per hour

What you will do
- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
- Enter operational data accurately and track and trace Transcon files.
- Arrange customer shipments and maintain service standards.
- Manage accurate client and vendor billing.
- Maintain supplier relationships, respond to communications, and meet KPI and compliance requirements.
- Keep internal operating procedures updated.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proactive approach and good computer skills, including Excel and Word.
- Fluent English.
