Senior Enterprise Risk Governance Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, operate, and mature the enterprise risk management framework across risk identification, measurement, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain the control environment, controls taxonomy, policy hierarchy, guardrails, risk registry, and control inventory.
• Steward data, IT asset, and other risk-related inventories while enforcing data quality and governance standards.
• Build executive-level reporting, metrics, dashboards, and reporting cadences aligned with organizational obligations, objectives, and risk appetite.
• Represent risk governance topics to regulators, auditors, customers, and other external stakeholders, including support for contracts, agreements, and licenses.
• Monitor emerging regulations and industry developments, translating new obligations into actionable internal frameworks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, internal audit, or a closely related governance discipline.
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and maturing enterprise risk frameworks and control environments at scale.
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to policy, standards, and controls lifecycle governance.
• Working knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, technology risk, AI risk and ethics frameworks, use-case evaluation, and emerging AI regulation.
• Experience engaging regulators, auditors, or enterprise customers on risk and compliance topics, including examinations, due diligence, or contract negotiations.
• Strong systems thinking, communication, inventory management, executive reporting, and cross-functional influencing skills.
