TL;DR
Treasury and Risk Manager (International Treasury/Korea): Managing and expanding cash management, payment operations, investments, and treasury procedures for Riot Games’ Korea publishing operation with an accent on cross-border treasury, foreign currency transactions, and cash optimization. Focus on forecasting cash flows, modernizing bank account and payment structures, executing FX and intercompany settlements, and ensuring regulatory and investment compliance.

What you will do
- Execute daily cash operations, including forecasting, bank procedures, account reconciliations, and capital structure management across Korean entities.
- Modernize the integrated bank account structure and manage relationships with local and international banks, asset managers, and commercial bankers.
- Develop automated payment structures for Accounts Payable and Payroll operations.
- Prepare regional cash forecasts, analyze trends and variances, and manage intercompany settlements for the Korea publisher.
- Execute foreign exchange transactions, identify short-term hedging opportunities, manage investments, and coordinate the annual dividend program.
- Partner with Accounting, Tax, Legal, Strategic Finance, and Strategic Sourcing on regulatory matters, reporting, audits, contracts, insurance, bank documentation, KYC, and local credit card programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of international treasury experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in a multinational company.
- Knowledge of payment systems, including SWIFT, GIRO, and Real Time Payments.
- Experience with integrated Treasury Management Systems and advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling capabilities.
- Business-level English required, both verbal and written.
Nice to have
- MBA, Finance, or another related master’s degree.
