Senior Engineer, Software (SWE) – GIA Platform (Go/Cloud): Building and modernizing high-performance, highly scalable partner integration platforms and production services with an accent on reliability, availability, and DevOps. Focus on designing distributed applications, leading technical roadmaps, developing CI/CD pipelines, and supporting high-volume workloads.
Location: Seattle, Washington, United States
Annual salary: $105,000–$215,000

What you will do
- Build, improve, and modernize high-performance partner integration platforms and production applications.
- Lead technical roadmap strategy and execution to increase delivery velocity and engineering capabilities.
- Write feature code and automated tests, review pull requests, and champion software development best practices.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, safe deployment processes, and production support operations.
- Act as a technical project lead and collaborate with product managers, business partners, engineering teams, and cross-discipline stakeholders.
- Use quantitative analysis and operational data to measure success, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in architecture and design.
- Advanced knowledge of at least one modern object-oriented programming language; Go is preferred.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining highly scalable, available, and reliable production systems.
- Strong test-driven development practices and knowledge of data structures, algorithms, security, relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with distributed applications, service integrations, REST or gRPC, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, containers, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- .NET experience.
- Knowledge of Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with open-source tools such as Git, Jenkins, and CircleCI.
