Staff Product Analyst, Finance Technologies (Zuora RevPro/NetSuite)

What you will do

• Serve as the functional expert for Zuora RevPro revenue recognition and NetSuite Order-to-Cash modules.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate requirements from Revenue Accounting, Billing & Collections, and Order Management teams into functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and maintain performance obligation templates, SSP policies, allocation rules, revenue treatments, schedules, billing, collections, and month-end close processes.
• Configure NetSuite Order Management, Advanced Billing, Usage Billing, Subscription Billing, Collection Management, SuiteFlow, saved searches, reports, and analytics.
• Troubleshoot integrations and data flows between Salesforce, NetSuite, RevPro, Boomi, data warehouses, and other applications.
• Apply AI tools to automate reconciliation, detect anomalies, streamline exception handling, and support ASC 606 compliance, audits, and SOX reporting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with both Zuora RevPro and NetSuite Order-to-Cash functions.
• Experience with revenue recognition configuration, performance obligations, standalone selling prices, allocation rules, contract modifications, revenue treatments, foreign currency handling, and ASC 606 compliance.
• Experience supporting financial close, reconciliations, AR, billing, deferred revenue, reporting, and audit controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to work in or be based in the San Francisco Bay Area for this position.

• Knowledge of Celigo, Boomi iPaaS, or another integration platform.
• Zuora RevPro Certification or NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification.
• CSPO or CBAP certification.
