What you will do
- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
- Enter operational data accurately and maintain timely records.
- Track and trace Transcon files and prepare reports.
- Coordinate freight delivery and timely clearance when applicable.
- Arrange shipments with customers and maintain service standards.
- Coordinate billing, supplier relationships, communications, and KPI compliance.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Effective interpersonal, listening, comprehension, and communication skills.
- Proactive approach and strong organizational skills.
- Good computer skills, including Excel and Word.
- Fluent English required.
