Tourism Associate Product Manager

Location: Hybrid in Vila Nova de Gaia, Porto, Portugal

What you will do

• Manage relationships with tourism suppliers and provide commercial and operational oversight.
• Review rates, availability, product configurations, and commercial terms.
• Analyze sales data to identify operational problems and business opportunities.
• Support negotiations and contracting with new suppliers.
• Coordinate with IT on integration and configuration issues and support Marketing with product initiatives.
• Participate in training, collect feedback from Travel Partners, and guide junior operational staff.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the tourism industry and solid knowledge of tourism products.
• Experience with hotels, tour operators, travel agencies, cruise lines, or other tourism suppliers.
• Analytical and operational skills for managing rates, availability, and commercial terms.
• Excellent communication skills with suppliers and Travel Partners.
• English required; Portuguese and/or Spanish required depending on the target market.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, critical thinking, resilience, and follow-up skills.
