Quality Auditor (Eastern Europe)

Location: Remote position available in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia; on-site travel required for domestic and international audits.

Salary: €25,000–€45,000 annually.

What you will do

• Prepare and conduct approximately 40 remote and on-site GxP audits of pharmaceutical suppliers annually.
• Assess supplier compliance with international GMP regulations, guidelines, customer requirements, and internal procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely audit reports and participate in report review with cross-functional teams.
• Review supplier CAPA responses and verify that audit findings are appropriately addressed.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders throughout the audit lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement of auditing methods, procedures, and quality processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• At least five years of GMP auditing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Relevant accredited auditor training or justified experience auditing alongside experienced inspectors.
• Strong knowledge of international GMP regulations and quality systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Professional English and one of Polish, Czech, German, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Slovakian, or Serbian are required; willingness to travel for on-site audits is required.
