Women in Trading and Technology Internship (WiTTI) – Winter 2027

Location: In-person at the New York City office, New York, United States

Salary: $5,800 per week, plus company-paid housing, meals, and other perks.

What you will do

• Complete hands-on independent programming projects in Python and C++.
• Explore technical aspects of quantitative trading.
• Learn about software engineering and quantitative research through algorithm development.
• Participate in technical talks and seminars.
• Take part in social and networking events in New York City.

Requirements

• Be a full-time undergraduate student graduating between fall 2028 and summer 2030.
• Study a technical or quantitative discipline such as mathematics, physics, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• Have demonstrated programming experience; familiarity with C, C++, Python, and/or Rust is preferred.
• Show strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Have a passion for technology and enthusiasm for learning new concepts.
• Be available for the in-person program beginning January 4, 2027, for two, three, or four weeks based on the university winter break schedule.
