MLOps Engineer (AI)

Location: Poland; fully remote, hybrid, or office/coworking-based work is available in Warsaw, Bydgoszcz, Poznań, Łódź, Wrocław, and Gdańsk.

What you will do

• Build and operate production ML pipelines and Kubernetes-based deployments across public cloud environments.
• Design CI/CD workflows and infrastructure as code for ML code, models, datasets, prompts, and infrastructure.
• Build observability systems covering metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerting, drift, performance, and cost.
• Set up serving, evaluation, retrieval pipelines, tracing, latency monitoring, and token budgets for LLM components.
• Work with data scientists to turn research code into reliable, maintainable production systems.
• Act as the MLOps contact for client projects, communicate technical trade-offs, document solutions, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with a major public cloud and its ML and data services.
• Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, observability, OpenTelemetry, and ML tracking or registry tools.
• Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience using relational and NoSQL data stores.
• Daily experience with Git, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts including drift, reproducibility, experiment tracking, evaluation, and training-serving skew.
• Clear written and spoken English and Polish are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks, Terragrunt, Ray, Spark, Dask, GitOps, Helm, Kustomize, or Kubernetes deployment tools.
• Production experience with LLM serving stacks, vector databases, guardrails, prompt regression testing, GPU workloads, feature stores, or workflow orchestrators.
• Experience with pre-sales or solution-scoping discussions.
