Senior Director - Product Vertical Vector Network Analyzer (m/f/d) (RF)

What you will do

• Set the business and strategic direction for the Vector Network Analyzer product vertical and define an ambitious product roadmap.
• Own end-to-end P&L responsibility, commercial growth, operational excellence, market positioning, and competitive advantage.
• Lead and develop R&D and product management teams, building high performance and leadership capability.
• Build strategic customer relationships with sales and business development teams.
• Manage development project progress, execution efficiency, time-to-market, budgets, priorities, and long-term R&D capacity planning.
• Drive technology roadmaps, organizational transformation, and alignment with divisional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of RF and Vector Network Analyzer technology.
• Senior management and leadership experience building high-performance teams in R&D, product management, and/or sales.
• Experience with P&L responsibility, strategic business development, innovation roadmaps, product planning, and operational excellence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate senior engineering and commercial teams.
• Business-level English required; German is a plus.
