What you will do

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders on a project with global impact.
• Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations to HR leadership.
• Support leadership development, onboarding, and new learning program design.
• Analyze learning data and contribute to impact reports and presentations.
• Create communication materials and support professional development and networking activities for interns.
• Collaborate with global Talent Development and DEIB teams on scalable, inclusive learning solutions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, communications, business administration, education, anthropology, sociology, or a related field.
• Good academic standing and a genuine interest in Talent Development.
• Availability for a 16–24 week, credit-bearing internship commencing in January 2027.
• Ability to commit 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Strong organizational, time-management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently on projects.

Nice to have

• Prior internship or co-op experience and demonstrated leadership experience.
• Project management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Interest in using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, or Canva.
