Responsibilities:
• Develop the AI strategy, roadmap, and prioritized initiative portfolio
• Identify, prototype, and launch high-potential AI use cases
• Build AI agents, RAG solutions, and automation with measurable business results
• Partner with business leaders and AI/FDE teams to scale successful pilots
Requirements:
• 7+ years in AI/ML, product development, or digital transformation
• Experience launching AI/ML or technology products
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, AI agents, RAG, and automation
• Ability to independently build working AI prototypes using Python, APIs, and SQL
• Product mindset, strategic thinking, and focus on measurable outcomes
• Experience working with executives and connecting technology to business impact
