Trading System Project Management Consultant (Supply Chain/Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead implementation and integration projects for trading system software solutions at client sites across Japan, China, and Korea.
• Create and manage project scopes, schedules, delivery plans, resources, costs, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Manage scope changes, customer expectations, deliverables, sponsors, steering committees, and senior stakeholders.
• Lead workshops to define business, process, functional, and data requirements, and deliver client training.
• Coach and guide local technology and professional services teams.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience managing complex, client-facing, multi-million-dollar projects.
• Experience with enterprise software implementations, project life cycles, and implementation methodologies.
• Experience with Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Trade Management, or ERP implementation projects.
• Experience in consulting or professional services, multinational companies, and team coaching.
• Native-level Japanese and good written and spoken English are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting and Finance, Project Management, or an equivalent field.

Nice to have

• Program management experience.
• Fluency in another Asian language.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
