is hiring for a global logistics role focused on implementing logistics strategy across its network.
What you will do
- Implement global logistics strategy across carriers and third-party logistics providers.
- Lead quarterly business reviews, including scorecards, presentations, action logs, follow-ups, and accountability.
- Manage carrier and service-provider relationships, recurring issues, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and service improvements.
- Lead transportation management system onboarding for external carriers and suppliers.
- Analyze transportation cost, service, capacity, tendering, transit, and exception data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate contracts, RFPs, rate reviews, SOPs, governance documents, and network initiatives with global supply chain and business teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, carrier or third-party logistics management, sourcing, service-provider performance management, or business analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, operations, economics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, relationship-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with transportation management systems, Power BI, SQL, or Snowflake is desirable.
- Experience with quarterly business reviews, scorecards, contracts, RFPs, onboarding, SOPs, or continuous improvement is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across global time zones with limited supervision.
