Senior Specialist IT Service Desk & Digital Workplace

What you will do

• Handle L2/L3 escalations involving complex incidents, VIPs, and business-critical users.
• Administer Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, endpoint compliance, configuration, and security.
• Provide advanced Microsoft 365 support across Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage Windows, iOS, and Android endpoint deployment, patching, remediation, application management, and lifecycle operations.
• Oversee IT asset inventory, repairs, warranties, replacements, Teams Rooms, and video conferencing technologies.
• Optimize ITSM and ITAM processes, automate onboarding and offboarding workflows, maintain documentation, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in IT support, digital workplace, or endpoint management.
• Strong Windows desktop troubleshooting skills and practical experience with Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on experience with Windows deployment, Autopilot, modern provisioning, endpoint security, compliance, patching, and application deployment.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, hybrid identity environments, ITSM, service desk operations, and IT asset lifecycle processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of ownership and independence.
• Very good written and spoken English at approximately C1 level, with strong documentation and international collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, or comparable automation technologies.
