HR Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Casablanca, Morocco. Candidates must be eligible to work in Morocco.

Advanced composites manufacturer producing carbon fiber, honeycomb materials, resins, prepregs, and engineered composite structures for global industrial and aerospace markets.

What you will do

• Coordinate employee transportation services and support reliable, cost-effective transportation arrangements.
• Manage attendance, working hours, leave records, and related employee data in ERP systems.
• Act as the primary HR contact for employees and provide guidance on HR matters.
• Handle grievances, claims, disciplinary cases, and employee-relations matters in line with company policies and labor regulations.
• Prepare and administer employment contracts, amendments, renewals, and other employment documentation.
• Support employee engagement and provide HR assistance during weekends, night shifts, public holidays, and other operational periods as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in employee relations and time management.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and HR administration tools.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organization, communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
