What you will do

• Support office fit-out, refurbishment, minor renovation, and workplace improvement projects from planning through handover.
• Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, utilities, and workplace services.
• Coordinate suppliers and monitor service quality, facility performance, and business continuity.
• Ensure facility operations comply with corporate EHS requirements, local regulations, office standards, fire protection requirements, and workplace safety programs.
• Manage CAPEX and OPEX timelines, documentation, acceptance procedures, and project delivery.
• Support facility and project management at manufacturing sites and travel domestically when required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, property management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, building operations, facility management practices, workplace standards, and engineering systems.
• Knowledge of EHS regulations, workplace safety requirements, and risk management principles.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate with vendors.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
