What you will do
- Provide foundational technical support for infrastructure services and assist with routine operational tasks.
- Participate in infrastructure projects and assignments.
- Monitor infrastructure systems and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with colleagues to address infrastructure challenges and daily operational needs.
- Create and maintain infrastructure documentation while following established service-delivery standards.
- Develop technical skills and expertise through on-the-job experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis and technical knowledge.
- Continuous learning and awareness of industry knowledge and technology.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate.
