Senior Manager, Visa Consulting and Analytics (Payments)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; at least 3 days in the office required

What you will do

• Lead consulting initiatives and support engagement closure by identifying client opportunities.
• Manage strategic planning discussions and maintain a pipeline of analytical work.
• Develop analytical frameworks, data-led strategies, solutions, toolkits, and consulting methodologies.
• Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance and accelerate growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, risk, innovation, and regional teams across hirify.global.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and project delivery while coaching and training analytics teams.

Requirements

• Knowledge of banking operations and payment schemes, including products, services, business systems, processes, and marketing initiatives.
• Experience in payments business areas such as portfolio management, marketing, product management, operations, and risk management for credit and debit cards.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using financial indicators to measure business performance and return on investment.
• Excellent client relationship management, communication, presentation, and executive presence skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, managerial, collaboration, and stakeholder-management capabilities in matrixed organizations.
• Payments and consulting experience is preferred.
