Software Manager

What you will do

• Lead field support activities and customer escalations.
• Develop deep expertise in software architecture, system behavior, and tool operation.
• Guide the design of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions.
• Drive technical decisions aligned with product and business objectives.
• Coach and mentor engineers while contributing hands-on to technical work.
• Prioritize work, manage schedules and escalations, and deliver commitments on time.

Requirements

• Leadership and team management experience focused on collaboration, communication, and developing high-performing teams.
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Proven expertise in C++, object-oriented design, and software architecture or design patterns.
• Proficiency in Linux-based development and software debugging within complex systems.
• Strong background in data analysis, including statistical techniques and predictive modeling.

Nice to have

• Experience building or deploying AI/ML models with large datasets.
• Previous experience in the semiconductor equipment industry.
