Compliance Manager Monitoring– Associate-Director (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead and manage the Compliance Monitoring team, including coordination, performance management, recruitment, coaching, and professional development.
• Oversee AML and compliance reviews of higher-risk crypto, cash, securities, and financial-institution transfers.
• Supervise sanctions alerts, suspicious-client investigations, escalations, and final validations.
• Draft, review, and update internal compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Represent Compliance in regulatory and strategic projects and advise senior management and front-line teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Law, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of Compliance experience in the financial industry, including leadership and team management.
• Fluent English and French are required.
• Strong analytical, structured, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, dynamic, and technology-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Compliance Management certification.
• German language skills.
