Lead Experience Designer

Location: Singapore, Singapore; hybrid. Applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents due to project requirements and client security clearance.

What you will do

• Lead experience design for technology projects, digital products, and services.
• Create journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps, prototypes, and design systems with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate workshops, develop design strategies, and make portfolio-level decisions.
• Plan and lead research using contextual analysis, moderated interviews, experiments, and user testing.
• Assess project scope, risks, and updates while communicating deliverables to clients and delivery teams.
• Train and support teammates and contribute to the wider experience design community through talks and other activities.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in experience design.
• Specialization in at least three related areas, such as user research, service design, digital product design, interface design, or visual design.
• Experience leading and advising research activities across multiple methods.
• Ability to facilitate client workshops, collaborate with designers and developers, and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile digital products.
• Singapore Citizenship or Singapore Permanent Residency is required.
