B2B Sales Manager

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan; onsite at the employer's location

Salary: 4,000,000–10,000,000 UZS per month before taxes, plus performance-based bonuses

What you will do

• Develop and manage B2B sales opportunities from lead generation through closing.
• Build relationships with business clients and decision-makers.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and negotiations.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Prepare commercial proposals and follow up with prospects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records and sales reports.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work with business owners and decision-makers.
• Goal-oriented and proactive mindset.
• English and Uzbek proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Russian proficiency.
